Most of us probably dont even attempt to read any TOS of all the software and web services we use. But if we were to learn anything from facebooks habit of frequent privacy invasive updates in their TOS, we probably should pay more attention to them. Thankfully, Apple does a great job of writing a TOS so big that it could easily pass as a book.
If they released their TOS in the iBook store in the form of a book, we probably might have the stomach and patience to read this. Then, we probably have to read iBook TOS before we read iTunes TOS on iPad, they are most likely similar in size, so they could always release their iBook TOS on iBook store so we could
